I remember being about twelve when I begged her for a roll of film and a day to go and shoot what I wanted. I thought for sure I would end up as a famous photographer with all my pictures making the local paper but I was 12 and life went on. I loved to capture the memories of people and places but didn't totally understand how important it was until my mother passed away and I inherited the family pictures. You should have seen how surprised I was to have found among her family photos the pictures I took when I first used her Brownie. the art and the craft of photography. I have been trying to learn more about the technical aspects of photography.
